  5. The Bill of Material module specifies up to 99 levels of sub-assembly, each
  6. consisting of up to 999 components. It uses lead times, production stages,
  7. alternatives, scrap and reject details to create accurate MRP recommendations
  8. and efficient works order schedules. Allows the user to perform where-used and
  9. parts-explosion enquiries. Non-stocked materials may be entered while setting
  10. up an assembly. Each component may have nine alternatives or be superseded,
  11. which will remove the old details automatically. It will produce costed bills
  12. to compare production costs with standard assembly costs, or costed losses
  13. analysis showing manufacturing, scrap, and reject costs.
